To place an order, please email us at orders@aneleganttouch.com with the following information:

  • Item name and quantity (for "Baby Gifts" please specify gender and/or colors to be used)
  • Your name and telephone number
  • Shipping information

A confirmation will be emailed back to you within 24 hours with product availability, expected ship date and Credit Card Authorization Form. Once payment information is submitted, order will be processed.

Please check your order and read Shipping Information &
Cancellation/Return Policy thoroughly. Once order/payment
is confirmed, client has accepted these terms.

As all Baby Gifts are handmade we request a 1-2 week delivery time. Rush orders are available, however, they are subject to availability of raw materials and a rush fee of 25% of product total (not including shipping and handling).

As with most handmade items, there may be a slight variation of fabric, color, or ribbon due to raw material availability. We will make every effort to notify you if there is any change in materials being used. Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Please specify “Survival Kit” and quantity. In-stock items ship within 24 hours of order/payment confirmation. If an item is not in-stock An Elegant Touch will contact you with expected ship date.
